Merchant & Associates Corporate Services Program is dedicated to the objective of achieving the client's real estate objectives and maximising the utility of the client's real estate assets.

Our Corporate Services Account Manager serves as a single point of contact to:

Understand local needs and objectives
Interpret global corporate goals and requirements and
Provide integrated value-added services (utilizing, on an "as need" basis, the full range of Merchant & Associates services).

The role of our Account Managers is to ensure a higher level of accountability, better standard of service and overall efficiency of the real estate transaction process. The Corporate Services team assembles all necessary resources locally to service the most complex global requirements of our clients.
